Maintenance:

UV lamp switch
1, Opening Turn:
→  Open the main power converter (use the drive to adjust the desired speed) → Turn open the UV lamp switch (select appropriate gear) → Cooling fan automatically starts → 10 minutes after the normal work after three minutes.
2, UV shutdown Turn:
Turn off the UV lamp →  Cooling fan automatically turns off after 5-8 minutes → shut off the power converter →Turn off power
Note:
* Turn on the lights in turn, each light interval of one minute or so, do not open the same time.

* Continue to run the fan for some time after the lights are turned off, causing the lamp to cool straight up.

* If you want to turn off the lights after the second start, it must closed until the lamp is completely cool before starting, otherwise the tube surface at high temperatures is not starting up.

* Lights, lamps have some warm-up time, the summer temperature is high, warm-up time is short; low winter temperatures, longer preheat time, preheat time should be 2-3 minutes. If the machine has the strength of UV light device, you should start light profile lights, which can shorten the lamp warm-up time, if the production needs of low light, can be adjusted at the end of the warm-up low-light gear.

 Lamp maintenance

* Maximum UV lamp life in general is generally 1000-2600 hours, reached after life should be replaced.
* UV lamp during use, at the appropriate time (1-2 weeks) with ethanol, gauze clean tube surface and the reflective surface of the reflective cover plate, then the UV lamp is rotated 180 degrees. Lampshade reflector plate to be replaced after losing the mirror effect.

 Speed adjustment
* Optimum speed selection methods: the first product to a certain speed by UV curing apparatus, if solidified, and then speed, until the product through the curing apparatus just not completely cured, whereupon the speed multiplied by 0.8 is the optimum speed .
* Also note that the UV lamp usage time, with the extension of the UV lamp use of time, energy will decay, but    subsequently slow the pace.
 Transformers, capacitors
* Transformer line voltage according to the site to select the appropriate terminals.
* Capacitor after use, if repairs must be discharged in order to avoid capacitor discharge wounding.
Five, ultraviolet light will damage the eyes and skin, when the lights do not look directly into the tube surface, and do not let the ultraviolet radiation to bare skin
