Plc +touch screen ,making the operation easy .Automatic malfunction alarm with self diagnosis,making the malfunction clear at a glance. Center input die head,eliminating the knit line completely and making it easy to change the material and color
Double linear rolling motion guider in moving,opening and closing mold,making the clamping force equally distributed,so the cut is smoother.
Control the hydraulic systerm with imported proportional valve,ensuring the action steady,accurate and energy saving.
High speed and effcient plasticizing system,mixing well and ensuring the produce purity
A. Adopting advanced microcomputer control system , it has stable performance .
B. Heated by infrared lamp tube , it has strong penetration power . The blanks are heated while spinning . The track revolutes . It heats evenly , quickly and reliably .
C. The width and height of the lamp tubes and reflectors in the heating area are adjustable in order to heat blanks of different structures . It has thermostat to ensure constant temperature in the heating channel .
D. Each mechnical action has self-locking device . When one procedure fails , the program will automatically switch to safe status . E. All actions are driven by cylinders without oil pump . It is featured with non-pollution and low noise .
F. While designing the air channel , we devide action and blowing into three parts to meet the need of blowing and action for different air pressure .
G. Adopting high pressure and double-crank link for die locking , it can strongly lock dies .
H. Manual operation and automatic operation are available .

Each package would be fixed stable inside container,make sure no damage or crash during whole shipment.
