Self cleaning filter sets many doctor blades in filtering gaps, under the help of reduction motor or hand wheel, its doctor blades can clear away impurities easily among every filtering gap in time. It can overcome the defect of disassembling and washing filter screen, discharges dreg rapidly, improves work efficiency greatly, and more friendly to environment.
It's a patented product here, widely used to polyurethane, petroleum, edible oil, paint, glue, adhesive etc field, especially high concentration liquid raw material. Its filtering accuracy is up to 0.1~0.8mm, has strong ability of pressure-resistant and durability, and can realize the continuous filtering in automation industry.

Self-cleaning filter is also named the doctor blade self-cleaning filter, the medium goes into barrel directly from inlet, is filtered through filter element gap from outside to inside, the medium flows to upper port from bottom to top. Dreg which size is more than filter disc gap is intercepted, when the filter disc component runs some time, the filter gap may be jammed by dreg, the driving unit would drive filter element component rotate (each doctor blade just inserts into the gap of filter element component) to clear away dreg from the filter disc gap and keep the filter element gap no block. When the bottom barrel is stored many dregs, only open the eject valve, dregs can be drained out, the processing pressure would return normal soon.
Both filtering disc and doctor blade are made of stainless steel or high quality manganese steel. And the doctor blade has been treated by by special surface strengthening processes. The performance of pressure-resistance and durability is really no substitute by any other filters. The granular material hidden in the liquid is disintegrated by rotating doctor blades.
The driving unit of filter has two types, manual and motor ones, the manual operation type is convenient and economic; the motor operation type can be matched with automation production line.

When the matching diameter less than DN50 (2''), the inch pipe thread is supplied, the angle of thread is 55, 11 teeth per inch;
When more then DN50, there is manual and motor driving types, less then 50DN, manual type will give priority;
The motor driving type is of 50/60Hz, 380V, 180W/370W, has set protective device, and doctor blade speed is 1-2 rotation per min, three-phase asynchronous motor has common and explosion-proof types for choices;
H1: the size from center of inlet and outlet to the slag off port;
K: Diameter of central circle of bolt hole.

Filtering precision and mesh number comparison referenced mesh number of 25.4 mm stainless steel wire cloth.
Both filtering disc and doctor blade are made of stainless steel or high quality manganese steel. And the doctor blade has been treated by by special surface strengthening processes.
Selection of effective filtering area, is proportional to density of filter medium, and is inversely proportional to the delivery pressuring of material feeding. Meanwhile, the flow of filtering medium has direct relationship with impurity content.
In each filtering gap, there is a doctor blade to clean away the impurity, so the differential pressure between inlet and outlet is very small, it can reach where any other filter can't reach filtering effective value.
