Use:
It is used for storing purified water or other liquids in pharmceutical, biology, fine chemical , food, beverage, chemical and fermentation industries.
Technical parameters:
1.Material adopts SS316L or 304,
2. Surface finish: inside surface roughness is Ra0.28~0.4μm by mechanical polish or electropolish, outside surface roughness is Ra0.6-0.8μm by satin finish.
3..Form: vertical or horizontal.
4. working pressure can be normal pressure or with pressure. if with pressure, please let us know the working and design pressure inside tank and inside jacket.
5. can be single layer, or with jacket or insualation. we make according to client detail requirment.
6.Components: vent filter, manhole, cleaning ball, liquid level gauge, and control system or according to clients specific requirement.
7.Specification: 100L-20000L
8. normal pressure according to JB7431
Pressure vessel can be made according to ASME VIII DIV1, PED 97/23/EC, GB150-2011 (it depends on client requirement with different cost.)
