By the use of GWDC (Greatwall Drilling company) ,our company latest developed HK-A80 comprehensive mud logging gas chromatograph, which conforms to standards of logging gas chromatograph. Natural chromatographic analysis
Separation for many valves and columns, TCD system analysis H2, O2, CH4, CO, C2H6, CO2, H2S, C2H4, C3H8, C3H6, C4, C5, C6+ and ect.
Analytical process
The analytical system consists of a ten connection valve, two 6-way valve, four Chromatographic column and one thermal conductivity detector.
The flow diagram lies in original state, when put the sample into No. 9 mouth of valve V1 into quantitative tube 1, after sweeping clean, switch V1 from OFF to ON, carrier gas 1 takes sample into analytical column DC200, before components flowing out, switch valve 1 from OFF to ON, C6+ was flow back to TCD, examined.
Components O2, N2, CH4, CO, CO2 and C2 flow out from DC200 and flow into chromatographic column PQ, and when components H2S, C3 and above have not flowed out, switch the valve V2 from OFF to ON. Then H2S, C3 and above will be brought into detector TCD by gas carrier 2 and be detected, switch the valve V2 from ON to OFF. Before CO2 and C2 flowing out, O2, N2, CH4, CO flow into chromatographic column 13X, switch the valve V3 from OFF to ON. Components CO2 and C2 will be detected by TCD in sequence. Switch the valve V3 from ON to OFF, components O2, N2, CH4 and CO will be detected. Analysis process finish.
