I. Usage and Application
Thestone crasher is one of the most popular equipments in mine industry, it is designed for long life service with minimum maintenance for hard, tough, abrasive material and overload high capacity, so is ideally suitable for primary and secondary crushing. Jaw crusher is widely applied in the areas of mining, smelting, building material, road, railway, metallurgical, hydraulic, chemical industry and so on. It is application for various materials with compression resistance less than 320mpa.
II. Structure and Working Principle
Structure
The Jaw Crasher is mainly composed of frame, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, left and right guard plates, movable jaw, eccentric shaft, toggle plate, adjustable base, adjustable screw stem, adjustable wedge block, fitting of tension spring and so on.
Working Principle
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
