I. Spring Cone Crusher Usage and Application
Our Spring cone crusher is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in the fields of mining, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy and so on. It can crush materials with Moh's scale in middle and high hardness such as ironstone, copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, rock and so on. The standard type (PYB) is applied to secondary crushing; the medium type (PYZ) and the short-head (PYD) are applied to fine crushing.
II. Spring Cone Crusher Working Principle
When spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle close to the bowl liner and far away from the bowl liner from time to time. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing cavity.

Working Site Picture
The following picture show a customer's stone product line. The whole product line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The raw material is fed into jaw crusher through vibratong feeder for primary crusher, then is transported to cone crusher for fine crushing, then the material is transported fo vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The bottom right picture is complex whole production line.
Packaging and shippment
The cone crusher machine is fixed tightly when it is sent to the port by professionale truck. Before shipped, it is covered by waterproof material to avoid moisture and rough handling.
