I. Jaw Crusher pe 150x250 Usage and Application
Jaw Crusher pe 150x250 is a type of jaw crusher. In order to meet small scale crushing requirement, Jaw Crusher pe 150x250 is born with small capacity, small feeding size and small output size. Compared to output size of big jaw crusher, the Jaw Crusher pe 150x250’s is smaller. With the strong application ability and small appearance, Jaw Crusher pe 150x250 is widely used in the laboratory and small production line. Its feathers make itself popular among the crushing machine.
Although it is small, the function is same as large jaw crusher’s. II. Jaw Crusher pe 150x250 Structure and Working Principle
Structure
The Jaw Crusher pe 150x250 is mainly composed of frame, fixed jaw plate,movable jaw plate, left and right guard plates, movable jaw, eccentric shaft,toggle plate, adjustable base, adjustable screw stem, adjustable wedge block, fitting of tension spring and so on.
Working Principle
When Jaw Crusher pe 150x250 works, the belt and belt pulley are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It becomes bigger when the movable jaw run up. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of tension rod and spring, then the end products come out from the crushing cavity.

The following picture has shown a whole production line. The whole product line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The raw material is fed into jaw crusher through vibratong feeder for primary crusher, then is transported to impact crusher for fine crushing, then the material is transported fo vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The bottom right picture is another complex whole production line.
