I. Small Stone Crusher Usage and Application
Small Stone Crusher is widely used in the industry of mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and fodder. It can crush materials with middle or less than middle hardness into secondary of fine granularity. Such as, barite, limestone, terrazzo, silica sandstone, coal, coke, gypsum, aluminum sulfate, slag, etc.
II. Small Stone Crusher Structure and Working Principle
Structure
Small stone crusher includes two main types: small jaw crusher and small hammer crusher. The structure and working principle of small stone crusher are taken example of small jaw crusher.
The small jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, fixed jaw plate,movable jaw plate, left and right guard plates, movable jaw, eccentric shaft,toggle plate, adjustable base, adjustable screw stem, adjustable wedge block, fitting of tension spring and so on.
Working Principle
The electric motor drives the rotor and the rotor moves, making the hammer rotate in high speed. The materials are crushed in the crusher by the rotated hammer. The end products come out via the strips of the screen under the machine. The size of the granularity can be adjusted by changing the gap among the screen strips. The advantages of the machine are simple in operating, high in productivity, and very low investment cost.

The following picture has shown a whole production line. The whole product line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The raw material is fed into jaw crusher through vibratong feeder for primary crusher, then is transported to impact crusher for fine crushing, then the material is transported fo vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The bottom right picture is another complex whole production line.
