I. High Manganese Steel Lab Jaw Crusher Introduce
From the name of High Manganese Steel Lab Jaw Crusher, we can see the lab jaw crusher is made of high manganese steel. The high manganese steel material has the feathers of high abrasion resistance, high intensity and high tenacity. The high manganese steel itself is rigid to resist the impact force and stay perfect. Moreover, due to the high tenacity, it can resist strong impact load, and feather with more reliability and safety compared to other materials. So high manganese steel lab jaw crusher is more abrasion resistance. The quick wear part can service longer times.
II. High Manganese Steel Lab Jaw Crusher Usage and Application
Lab Jaw crusher is widely applied in laboratory to crush high hardness, mid hardness ,and soft rocks and ores such as ore, quartz, granite,limestone,slags,construction materials, marble, etc. The maximum compression strength of materials to be crushed is 320MPA. Lab jaw crusher can examine the crushing progress, or forms a part of experiment.
III. High Manganese Steel Lab Jaw Crusher Structure and Working Principle
Structure
The lab jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, fixed jaw plate,movable jaw plate, left and right guard plates, movable jaw, eccentric shaft,toggle plate, adjustable base, adjustable screw stem, adjustable wedge block, fitting of tension spring and so on.
Working Principle
When the lab jaw crusher works, the belt and belt pulley are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It becomes bigger when the movable jaw runs up. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of tension rod and spring, then the end products come out from the crushing cavity.
