I. Jaw Crusher 150x250 Usage and Application
Jaw Crusher 150x250 is a type of jaw crusher. In order to meet small scale crushing requirement, jaw crusher 150x250 is born with small capacity, small feeding size and small output size. Compared to output size of big jaw crusher, the Jaw Crusher 150x250’s is smaller. With the strong application ability and small appearance, jaw crusher 150x250 is widely used in the laboratory and small production line. Its feathers make itself popular among the crushing machine.
Although jaw crusher 150x250 is small, its function is same as large jaw crusher’s. Jaw crusher 150x250 can crush all kinds of rocks with compressive strength less than 320MPa, such as quartz, talc, barite, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate ore, iron oxide red, zircon sand, mineral slag, grain slag, cement clinker, activated carbon, dolomite, granite, garnet, iron oxide yellow, bean cake, chemical fertilizer, compound fertilizer, fly ash, soft coal, charred coal, lignite, magnesite, chromium oxide green, gold ore, red mud, clay, kaolin, coke, coal gangue, china clay, kyanite, fluorspar, bentonite, maifanite, rhyolite, greenstone, pyrophyllite, purple sand, shale, basalt, gypsum, graphite, carborundum, heat insulating material, etc. The capacity of jaw crusher 150x250 is adjustable, which can vary from 1 to 3 tph.
II. Jaw Crusher 150x250 Structure and Working Principle
Structure
The Jaw Crusher 150x250 is mainly composed of frame, fixed jaw plate,movable jaw plate, left and right guard plates, movable jaw, eccentric shaft,toggle plate, adjustable base, adjustable screw stem, adjustable wedge block, fitting of tension spring and so on.
Working Principle
When Jaw Crusher 150x250 works, the belt and belt pulley are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It becomes bigger when the movable jaw run up. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of tension rod and spring, then the end products come out from the crushing cavity.

Jaw crusher 150x250 for sale to Philippines
Mr. Ricardo needs a Small Jaw Crusher with small capacity and low price. The main specifications as follow:
1. Application: Natural Gypsum
2. Production Capacity: 2 ton/h
3. Production Granularity: 1-5 inches
4. Max Weight: 3 ton
According to his requirements, the capacity is small: 2 TPH, but the production granularity is large, about 1-5 inches. An ordinary jaw crusher is not suitable for too small capacity and too large output size. For example, jaw crusher 150x250 can satisfied the 2 tons per hour, but the output size is 0.4-1.5 inches, which is too fine.
In order to decrease the client’s cost, our engineer decides to improve the jaw crusher 150x250 output size (jaw crusher 150x250 is cheapest one). Final, we makes a compromise both side. The final output size is design as 1-3 inches. Mr. Ricardo is satisfied, and we make a deal finally.
