Ball Mill Usage and Application
The Ball mill is widely applied in mineral classification, cement,chemical industry,etc.
It can grind all kinds of rocks and grindable materials. This ball mill has two ways of grinding: The dry process and wet process. Our ball mill has been increased about 20% and unit product power consumption has been reduced 10%-12% down.
Ball Mill Features
Ball mill is mainly composed of charging and discharging, cyclone and rotation parts. Hollow axis is made of steel parts with a lining replacable. Major rotation gear, machined by rolling wheel of casting, is lined with wearing plate with fine wear-resistingproperty. This makes the ball mill runs stably and reliably.
Ball Mill Structure
Ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The ball mill is with stable and reliable working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
