GF-120 Series Dry Powder Granulating Machine,Dry Powder Granulator
This is the new machine which can form the Dry Powder into Granules directly. The machine comes with force feeder for feeding the dry powder into Two Rotation Rollers which get 10ton pressure while rotating. Then the dry powder will be formed as a thin cake, after that the cake will be fed into a grinding station with granulating function. The output of finished granules will be sieved by a sifter divided to different mesh size.
The new Dry Method Granulating Machine is special for granulation of some material which wet granulating machine can not reach. Because this machine no need any other extra solvent for granulating, so this is the most suitable granulating machine for modern pharmaceutical Production.
