LTFZ-2 Automatic Dry Powder Vial filling and sealing machine
This machine consists of turntable, 3 graduator, filling head, rubber stopper oscillator, aluminum cap oscillator, capping head and bottle outlet track. The filling auger is driven by the stepping motor which is controlled by electric control system. Different type of filling auger meets requirements of powder with different fluidity, auto stop filling when filling auger touches filling nozzle and alarms, touch screen control can set the filling dosage without stopping the machine. It is easy to change the change part, filling dosage adjustable. The machine adopt 3 knife flexible capping head, bottle breakage ratio is low, falling bottle auto reject; no bottle, no filling; no stoppers, auto stops; insufficient stoppers alarm. The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
