Specifications
The machine adopts vulcanizing heat setting method to suit the vamp and last.
1. Reach the vacuum forming by using of the sealed heating method to suit the vamp and last;
2. The standard pump down time is 3-5 minutes, the temperature is adjusted according to different leather;
3. Adjust the temperature according to the material of toe and heel of shoes for the best effect;
4. If the vacuum cooling is operated after pressing sole, the time of unforced cooling should be 10-15 minutes, can increase the hardness of back cover for the better effect of pulling last;
5. Be suitable for the small batch of production.
