The guarantee period for all equipment, accessories and spare parts shall be valid for 12 months start from the date the guaranteed capacity of equipment is achieved. (except destructible parts)
During the guarantee period, if any defect and/ or inherent fault is discovered, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of the defective or faulty parts provided that these involve action to remedy, repair or replace the defective or faulty parts at his own expense within 20 days after receipt of the Buyer's notice by telex/fax.
