Product introduction:
This style is man-machine interface, easy to operate. Double station and single station, from single mould head to six mould head, single layer to six layers, multi layer with transparent line. It can match in-mold labeling, auto-deflashing device, crusher recycle system. The daily output (24hrs) reaches approximately from 5000 to 86000; It can produce from 0.2 to 5L plastic hollow products.
Extrusion System
A. We've introduced a set of system of extrusion design, analog data analysis, which carries out real-time supervision and monitoring in accordance with plastic material type at different process sections (Feeding, Plasticization and Blending), it adjusts the screw parameter design, temperature and speed. The purpose is to achieve the best injection result for the different models of plastic.
B. The system is made by a Taiwan-base professional manufacture, with our precise process skill, we adopted Japan special steel and advance CNC equipment, and ensure result in high precision and long durability.

Electricity circuit system, touch screen
Use occident world famous brand, and our professional design control system and PLC parts for blow molding machine, module design, enlarge or change is agility, center control, network long-distance check, multi group data message, brainpower focus temperature control, self-motion alarm for trouble, action auto reset, screw, auto cooling protect setting, store for many group setting parameter, auto record the output and cycle time,the touch screen can interchange Chinese, English, Spanish etc.
Hydraulic system
We introduce into America hydraulic system design of blow molding machine for the whole hydraulic system and parts, purchase for the oil pump, oil valve, oil panel, pressure flux two-proportions valve and nitrogen store system, with the special hydraulic filtrate system to make sure the whole hydraulic move swift, steady, no strike, durable, low noise, save power, and hydraulic pressure oil.

Effectively assure seamless parision with superior thickness control while minimize creation of internal stress.

1.the minimized centre distance of multi-runner die-head design provide higher flexibility of the mould with more cavities.
2.adopt centre feeding flow-distribution and core-type complementary runner give container wall thickness more even &faster color change, specially good for single layer to six layers Co-extrusion to meet different needs of customers.
3.100 points parison control system and the adjustable die-ring and core-pin optimize the thickness of products and save raw materials.
4.die-head provide blowing containers with visual trip(transparent line) is available.
Airing circulation system (Pneumatic parts)
Thanks to our experience for many years in this field and the airing constituent FESTO and SMC respectively imported from Germany and Japan. We have designed and produced a series of airing circulation system including the blowing technology, clearance airing and airing dryness system.
oil circulation system
We adopted the oil circulation system from America. It has the fine oil pump,valve,circrlation board and a unique filter system all of which resulted in a faster speed, stability in speed reducing, low noise,energy conservation and long duration.

Use a precise robot take out the bottle and put onto the conveyor.
Scrap automatic recycle system
According to different plastic container, we have abundant experience of removing Scrap, able to meet the user’s requirement of full-automatic production to achieve a no personel operation, the removed plastic Scrap being crushed immediately, new and old material are feeding at the ratio to be used again to achieve the environmental protection effect of no secondary pollution.
