DY150T Hydraulic pressure Concrete paver machine introduction:
1. The hydraulic press concrete paver machine uses 4 frame types and 4 locations
2. With the maximum pressure up to 150T, this paver machine can make all kinds of bricks with the length no more than 500mm and the thickness no more than 140mm.
3. It is the ideal equipment to produce bricks of large size. It can produce every kinds of building blocks less than 600 x 400 x 200mm, especially suitable for producing original color or color paving bricks, grass planting bricks,And the bricks made by this machine are extensively used to squares, courtyards, buildings, gardens, etc.
4. DY-150T interlocking brick machine does not need installation. After connecting with power, it can start production.

8-10% cement, 30-40% sand, 50-60 crushed stone ( you can add some other material by local situation) ,water.
Theoretical workshop area : 200m2 , need about 3-4 workers .the office , curing area and stacking area to arrange according your fact status.
Process of DY150T:
step 1 : mixing material well;
step 2 : fill material to molds by hand;
step 3 : push molds to press machine;
step 4 : press blcoks;
step 5 : lift block from mold;
step 6 : carry blcoks out for drying.
