1. It is modular construction and the drying system, vibrating system and mixing system can work separately.
2. The mixer adopts the international famous brand mixing machine. At the same time one of the bottom sides of the mixer equipped with a high-speed rotary flying cutter, which can quickly stir the material.
3. The drying equipment adopts three-level drying drum. The floor area is only one third of the one-level drying drum. It has the features of high thermal efficiency, low discharge temperature, large production capacity and continuous operation.
4. Weighing machinery adopts electric weighing scale, sand weighting model; power weighing model and additive weighing model each have one set. It can achieve different dosage different types of material metered classification, improving the measurement accuracy to meet the different discharge requirement and technical skills.
5. The packaging system adopts the air blowing dry mortar packing machines with weighting precision, compact structure, reliable performance, high degree of automation and easy operation.
It is consist of Raw Material and additive Storage Silos, Dried Sand Elevating System, Weighing System, Mixing System, Elevating System, Conveyor Belt, Drying System And Dust Collecting System.
Wooden case and sea transportation
Terms of payment: T/T, 50% deposit, 50% will be paid within 3-5 working days before shipping date.
Quality guarantee term: one year warranty, but not including man-made and operation mistake. If any problem during one year, we will provide spare parts for free, but buyer should pay the freight.
