Brief of concrete mortar mixer machine
1.All component materials of Mixer machine according to a certain ratio after measurement,then send into the mixing machine, material in the belt driven helical blade in the mixed.
2.The ribbon of Mixer machine will promote material from one end to the other end, the ribbon busuamakes the material to move in the opposite direction, nexine material is pushed to the side by outward roll, outer feed is pushed to the other side by tumbling inside extroversion.
3.Material of Mixer machine in the convection process mutual infiltration, deflection and blending, and on both sides in the process of mixed again, so repeated many times and finally through the discharge control structure,it will mix the materials from discharging door discharge.
