This is mainly an upgrade of cotton feeding form in traditional carding machines.
The machine is equipped to the gear of carding machine. With the help of blowing machines, materials as received from blowing equipment will be fed into carding machine through the pipe while arrives chute feeder.
It can achieve continuous and automatic production

3 What you can achieve from our machine:
$ Low investment , big return , economized cost
Normally the amount of money needed to invest a regular cotton blowing and carding unit with 10,000 spindle production is about 3,000,000 RMB (about $ 468,750).
However, with the help of QTM’s upgrading plan, to achieve same amount of production , it only needs around 500,000 RMB (about $ 78,125). You can still remain your former blowing equipment and equip with six to eight cards then naturally change your former production line into a simple blowing and carding combination production line, which greatly economize your former units and save your cost.

$Under the same yield of production of one tonnage, traditional techniques consumes 762 KWH., while the upgraded simple B & C combination unit consumes 655 KWH, 14% decrease than the former. In this way, power saved each year accumulates to 258,000 KWH, and 137,000 RMB (about $21,406 ) electric charge can be saved. . (power rate: 0.53 RMB per KWH )
$FB171A Feeding Chute , initially designed by QTM with a special developed PLC control system, adopts pressure sensor imported with original packaging from USA in bottom chute to guarantee accurate pressure detection in which way stable pressure can be achieved to continuously output tight and uniform layers. It solves the problem of connecting broken laps and stabilizes CB(L) of lap within 2%.
