YPL Pressure Colding Spray Dryer
1. The principle of work
Utility model, involving a spray granulation cooling device, having a cooling tower, the cooling tower with internal nozzle, bottom sets the material discharge hole, outside of cooling tower sets the charge-in channel and blast pipe, the charge-in channel connected to the inside nozzle, the top of cooling tower has set the cold wind entrance. the liquid blending in ,through the plunger pump inputing into the atomizer, through the atomizer spraying into small droplet, small droplet fully contact with the cold air and solidified into the ball granule. The particle diameter can be or less than 1 mm, and granules size are uniform.

1, material name: polyethylene wax (paraffin)
2, melting point temperature: 150 °C
3, output: 500 kg/h (product)
4, particle size: 1 ~ 1.5 mm (ball)
5, cold media: 5 °C water or deep well water
6, into wind temperature 25 °C
7,out wind temperature: 50 °C
8, material solidified can flow temperature: 50 °C
Case 2:
1, material name: stearic
2,charge-in temperature: 70 °C
3, output: 500 kg/h (product)
4, particle size: 1 mm (ball)
5, cold media: dehumidifier cooling
6, into the wind temperature: 0-10°C
7, out the wind temperature: 40 °C
