The belt scraper is positioned in the front of the head pulley. The newly technology is that improved the spring tensioned and fixed at the upper left and right side respectively. With the new holders,the belt scraper becomes easier to install than conventional belt cleaner and its wire becomes adjustable individually.
The Dahua belt scraper is durable and can normally maintain its cleaning power in 24 hours operation for one year or longer (the abrasion rate of the tip varies depending on a conveyed object).
The regular specification of the belt scraper are1m, 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m, we can produce the belt cleaner with customers' requirements.
The belt scraper features:

-Long service: approx.10 month for sinter and iron ore; approx 15 months for limestone and coal.
