Product Description

 Electro galvanized wire application: Mainly used for process the electro galvanize hexagonal wire netting, electro galvanized crimped wire mesh, electro hexagonal wire mesh, electro diamond mesh, electro chain link mesh, electro galvanized welded wire mesh, electro galvanized grid guard, electro galvanized fence netting, electro galvanized gabion box, electro galvanized steel wire mesh, electro galvanized iron wire, electro galvanized filter screen and other wire mesh products. And also can be used for communications equipment, medical equipment and brushes, wire rope, filters, high-pressure pipe, construction, handicrafts and other industries.

   Electro galvanized wire also named cold galvanized wire. It is made of the low carbon wire, by drawing wire and galvanizing processing technology.

Electro galvanizing processing: Oil and rust removing- washing- electro galvanizing-drying- Put them on the pot and make coils.
Electro galvanized features:
Chose needed cold drawing steel wire and low carbon wire ( Iron wire), acid picking and rust removing, drawing and forming, high temperature annealing, vacuum high temperature annealing and other process. The production speed is low, uniform galvanizing coating and bright appearance. The thickness is thin, usually only 3-15microns,  so has poor corrosion resistance, usually a few months will be rust. Compared with hot dipped galvanized wire, the electro one has low production cost.
