Galvanized wire which can be divided into two categories: cold galvanized wire (galvanized wire) and hot galvanized wire.
Galvanized wire processing technology:
Plating zinc wire: in the plating bath through the current one-way zinc plating on the metal surface, the production rate is slow, uniform thickness, thin thickness, usually only 3-15 microns, the appearance of bright, poor corrosion resistance, in general a few months will rust.
Hot galvanized iron wire: is in the melted liquid zinc dipping, fast production, coating thickness but not uniform, the market allows the minimum thickness 45 microns, up to a maximum of 300 microns above. Darker color, zinc metal consumption, and the formation of the matrix metal into the layer, good corrosion resistance, outdoor environment can be maintained for several decades.
Production characteristics of galvanized wire:
Galvanized iron wire is galvanized layer thickness, corrosion resistance is strong, the galvanized layer rugged features. The products are widely used in construction, highway fence, Zhahua, nets industry.

Heat plating: 8# - 36# (3.8mm, 0.19mm)
Plating: 8# - 38# (3.8mm-0.15mm)
