1.Introduction:This product is premium copper or aluminum conductor, evenly wrapped with polyimide film or polyimide, fluorine 4.6 composite film. Fluorine 4.6 can be melt and make a whole with the film and conductor after heated. It has strong voltage resistance, thin thickness and thermal class up to 220℃. The product is widely applied in electric machines,reactors,electric welding machines and similar electrical instruments. The electrical bare copper or aluminum wire with extrusion process is the ideal material for polyimide film wrapped copper or aluminum wire.

    Aluminum Rectangular Wire

    Narrow side size a : 1.00mm—8.00mm

    Broad side size b : 3.00mm—25.00mm

    Copper Rectangular Wire

    Narrow side size a : 0.80mm—5.60mm

    Broad side size b : 2.00mm—16.00mm

    Copper or Aluminum Round Wire

    Diameter:φ1.7—φ8.0

4.Material:

    Aluminum rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.3-2009,the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.0280Ωmm2/m

    Copper rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.2-2009,the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.017241Ωmm2/m

 

5.After polyimide film wrapped wire is bended on broad side and narrow side with the rods of different following diameters, there should be no cracking :
