EI8-DX5Large format waterbase inkjet printer
ER-18 waterbase indoor printer unites the E18 appearance with Ricoh Gen5 printhead,it not only maintains the neat appearance design,but also brings us Ricoh head perfect printing speed ,The single printhead printing speed is twice of epson dx5 printhead equipped on the machine,it can also support the configuration of different printheads like DX2,DX3 and DX4 to satisfy your different printing need.

About the Ricoh Head Excellent Printing Speed
Ricoh head is all steel structure, the head width is 54.1mm and strong corrosion resistance, It can print 24 hours continuously, the life is about 3 to 5 years .Three-level ink drop control makes reduction degree of the printing image up to 95%.

This machine use independent research and development of intelligent inkjet technology,Through intelligent control , it can make a variety of ink droplets of different sizes.It not only can show you the extreme resolution 1200dpi ,but also can accomplish the higher quality compared with the same type machines when it print in low resolution .

ER18 supports variety of ink configuration ,It is equipped with color Lc and Lm to increase the color natural transition and improve the recognition rate of similar color in the image beside C M Y L. Also , Lk and Lik can increase color control and sense of hierarchy.

Use modularization negative pressure generating device, the error is not more than 0.05Kpa, it is easy to install and solve the problem of worse stability because of long time using negative pressure generating device. Ensuring the supply capacity under high speed print mode. In addition ,the negative pressure can be used by Degas.

ER18 uses material fixed device to complete the process of sublimation paper. It can finish the material axle adjustment , the use of tension stick ensures the material enter into take-up device completely.
