Alcohol Distiller Tower
1. Application
This equipment is used to recycle and purify the dilute alcohol in pharmacy, food, light industry, chemical industry, etc.
2. Structure of Equipment
Alcohol recovery distillation tower has two different types of batch and continuous. This equipment is mainly composed of distillation still, distillation tower, condenser, buffer tank, cooler, flow gauge, etc.
3. Features:
(1) Continuous type is equipped with pre-heater, which can meet the requirements of mass production.
(2) All the parts contacting with materials are made of stainless steel, which features good corrosion resistance, as well as energy-saving, environmental protection, production cost saving, higher efficiency.
(3) This device can distill the alcohol from 30-50% to 93-95% concentration. The residual liquid discharged is of low alcohol content which meets with the environmental protection requirements.
(4) The distillation still adopts removable U-type heating tubes, wich can be removed and is convenient for the cleaning of outer wall of heating tubes and inwall of still.
