Summary
The instrument is designed and made as per the industrial standard of People’s Republic of China SH/T0318 “Technical Requirement for Open Cup Flash Point Tester” and Enterprise Standard of Shanghai Q/YXYY23 “SYD-267 Petroleum Products Open Cup Flash Point Tester”. It is suitable to determine the flash and fire point of lubricant oils and dark petroleum products as per national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T267 “Standard Test Method for Flash and Fire Point of Petroleum Products (Open Cup Method)”.
I. Main technical features
1.This instrument is designed as per the standard SH/T 0318,GB/T267.
2.The heating power is continuously adjustable.The power is displayed by an electric current meter. The temperature control is advanced and reasonable.
3.It adopts a tiny desktop structure. Easy to operate.
II.Main technical specifications
1. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz;
2. Outer crucible:
(1) Material: 0.3 carbon steel, the surface is black.
(2) Inner diameter of upper opening: Φ100±5 mm
(3) Height: 50±5 mm
(4) Inner diameter of bottom: Φ56±2 mm
3. Inner crucible:
(1) Material: 0.3 carbon steel, the surface is black
(2) Inner diameter of upper opening: Φ64±1 mm
(3) Height: 47±1 mm
(4) Inner diameter of bottom: 38±1 mm
(5) Scale line: there are two scale lines at 12 mm and 18 mm from the upper opening.
4. Gas conduit: the diameter of spout is 0.8mm~1 mm, and the surface of inner hole is smooth, so it can adjust fire length to 3mm~4 mm.
5. Heater: It is heated by electric furnace. Heating power is 1000 W, adjustable.
6. Thermometer: 0℃~360 ℃, scale division is 1 ℃. It is in accord with GB/T514 “Technical Requirement of Liquid Thermometer Used for Petroleum Products Test”.
7. Ambient temperature: ≤35 ℃
8. Relative humidity: ≤85%
9. Maximum power consumption: 1100 W
