Nylon(NN) Chemical Resistant Conveyor Belts
Conveyor belt are used for bridging medium and long distances and for transporting heavy
material. These standard belts are made of fabric canvas cushioned by layers of rubber and
protected by a wear-resistant cover plate.
Nylon is flexible to adopt a small diameter pulley and is suitable for transporting a variety of
materials like ore, crushed stones, grain, sand, etc., but has a rather weak point in being easily
excessively stretched.
MST® nylon conveyor belt have following advantages:
· Excellent resistance to impact
· Superior in fastener holding ability.
· Unaffected by alkali and weak acids.
· Strong adhesion to rubber.
· Great flexibility and excellent troughability.
· Higher tensile strength compatible with low weight.
· Advanced resistance to mildew, moisture and rotting.
