5.Conditions of productivity
1. QT4-15B block making machine need 4-6 workers for operating, transporting
the block.
2.QT4-15B block making machine workshop area need 90-120 m2, the bigger, the better.
3.The final block raw materials are easy to get,The rate of the raw materials as follows:
- Fly ash brick: Fly ash:30%, slag:30%, stone chips:30%, cement:8-10%,
- Stone chips brick:stone powder:60% ,stone chips:30%, cement: 8-10%,burnt lime:3%,
- River sand brick: river sand:55-60%, stone powder:30%, cement: 10-15%
- Shale brick: Shale:90%, cement:8-10%,rock sand:0.2%,KCL:0.2%
