Application
In order to improve the delivery angle, prevent the material down, the cover rubber of the conveyor belt can be made of pattern designs.
Classified
Pattern conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height(depth) may be different because of different conveyor material and gradient of conveyor.
Shallow pattern conveyor belt (pattern thickness below 10mm, delivery angle:20°~30°)
Deep pattern conveyor belt (pattern thickness above 10mm, delivery angle:30°~45°)

Chevron shape, cleat shape, cylinder pattern.
Superiority
V type:The tip angle of the V pattern type is on the central line which makes the carried materials can be collected to the center
Circularity type: (Round pit type)
The circularity type can make the handling material to the central part of the collection
