1.Land area needed:
· Workshop area:400m2-500m2,the workshop size:35m*15m*4.5m
· All factory area:3000m2 is enough.The bigger the better.
2. Capacity and working time
· Capacity: 9600-11200pcs per shift (block size:390*190*190mm)
· Working times: 1 shit (8 hours)
· There are approximately 300 working days in a year
· The full line need 4 or 5 workers.
3. Product:
(1) Hollow block:400*200*200mm (17KG) Hollow block:400*150*200mm (13.5KG) Hollow block:400*100*200mm (10KG)
(2)Final block pressure: Hollow block can reach 8-10MPa,solid block can reach 10-12 Mpa.They have the high pressure,can be widely used.
4. Raw material:
1.Sand,flyash,crush stone,slag,construction garbage cement are all can be used in the making the block.
2. But the cement must be used in making the concrete block.
3.We define Clay as particles.
4.Rate of raw materials for example: Cement:8-10%,sand 30%-40%,stone:50%-60%. The rate of cement:sand:stone: 1:4:5 Water :3%-5% of raw material weight
