Introduce of fine impact crusher:

Operating Principle of fine impact crusher:
Fine Impact Crusher is a kind of crushing equipment which uses impact energy to crush maters. When getting into the effective area of hammer plates, due to the high speed of striking, the raw materials are thrown onto the impact equipment which is intalled above the rotor. Then the materials are rebounded to the effective area of hammer plates and crushed again in the crushingchamber. At last, when the particles reach to the proper size, they will b edischarged from the bottom of the machine.

Fine crusher, a type of Impact Crusher is mainly used in secondary crushing. It can crush various rocks, high efficiency, easy maintenance, and cubic shape of the products. Impact crusher is widely used in mining, highway, and construction.
Impact crusher 's electric motor drive the rotor to high speed, when the material was fed to the crushing chamber from feed inlet, the material will be struck by the plate hammer on the rotor, then will be thrown to the impact plates, after struck repeatedly, the final products will be discharged from the crusher.
