1.Introduction:
The GX series sand washing machines is a kind of water washing style washing and selecting equipment matched with the sand making machine and can clean the dust and stone powder which mixes with the final sand and stone, to improve the quality of sand and stone.The novel seal structure and reliable transmission, ensures the cleaning effect of dehydration. Sand washing equipment is an efficient equipment coordinate with sand making machine.

3.Working principle:
During working, the motor drives the impellers to rotate slowly by triangle belt, decelerating motor and gears. Sand enters the washing trough from the fed trough, roll and grind each other under the driving of impellers. Then wrapped impurity around the sand surface is removed and the vapor layer is destroyed at the same time. While the impurities and dirt is removed by the added water flow and discharged from the overflow outlet. Cleaned sand is conveyed by the rotating impellers to the discharge chute.
