GX series sand washer is a high-efficiency sand washing equipment adopting wheel-lie structure, which works with sand making machine. It can wash the stone powder and impurity from the mixed sand that made by sand making machine, which can improve the sand quality. It is widely used in washing, grading and dehydrating in the industry of stone factories, construction site and quartz sand in glass factory. it is on behalf of the new technique compared with the same equipment in other companies.
Working Principle and description:
1. Electric motor rotates impeller slowly through V-belt and reduction box.
2. The sands rotate with the impeller and rub each other so that the impurities on the surface of the sands are scaled off.
3. by adding water to form a powerful current, the impurities are removed from the sand washing machine.
