Our advantages and principles ot three-stage hydration system as below:
1.It wil control the reaction time and fully hydrate of powder material by 8-10 minutes by various adjusting way to realize complete hydration of material.
2.Hydration has good heat-insulating property.
The unique design makes a lot of heat generated in the reaction CaO to be converted inside and reused. It will raise the inner temperature to make the CaO to be fully hydated.
3.Feeding process control :it is use screw feeder to send materials into reaction chamber,which there is an advantage that when CaO contact with water,it can prevent large amount of vapor along with lime dust to come into weighter that impact accuracy of sensor singals.
4.Technical water distribution
We adopt technical and leveled water distribution , the best distributing proportion and time to contribute to fully hydrating.
