Energy saving ball mill is applicable for grinding all kinds of mines and other materials, widely used in mineral separation, building material and chemical industries, including dry-type ore grinding and wet-type ore grinding. According to different discharging methods, it is divided into grate ball mill and overflow ball mill.
Application:
Energy saving ball mill is a kind of key equipment for milling the materials into powders after they are crushed. It is widely used in cement, the silicate product, new type building material, fire-proof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics and so on, and can make the dry and wet milling on all kinds of ores and other grindability materials.
Ball mill features:
The ball mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on.The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The cylinder is wearable well and bears wearable lining board. This machine runs steadily and works reliably.
Working principle:
This series ball mill is a kind of grate energy saving ball mill, with horizontal cylinder rotating device, two cabins, and outer side of gear transmission. The material enters spirally and evenly into the first warehouse of the milling machine through the input material hollow axis from the feeding device. In this warehouse, there are stepped liners or corrugated liners, and different specification steel balls are put inside. When the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, the steel balls are carried to certain height and then fall down to make the material struck and grinded. After coarse grinding in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse in which the plane liner is located for regrinding with the steel ball. The powder is discharged by output board and the final products are completed.
