Floatation machine is applicable for the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metal, as well as the separation of non-metals, such as coal, fluorite and talc.

Features:

Both XCF and KYF belong to pneumatic flotation machine .With the ability of imbibing ore pulp,XCF is used as ore pulp imbibing tank ,while KYF as a direct flow tank without spontaneous imbibition ability .The tanks are arranged horizontally ,no foam pump is required . U-shaped tank reduces the ore accumulated at the bottom of the tank .Large-diameter conical ompeller and short blade rotor are adopted , which enable the machine possess large processing capacity and low energy consumption .Aeration disperser  is arranged in the middle of the impeller , which makes the dispersion of aeration uniform and the mixing sufficient.

Flotation machine work principle:

The flotation machine is driving by the driving band operated by the motor and this mill bring the centrifugation and negative pressure .in this condition ,enough ,air will mix with the slurry and at the same time the 

slurry and chemical will mix very well to make the mineral adhesion to the bubble.the height of shutter can be adjustment to scapte the usful bubble.

1:Configuration scheme and feeding mode .

2:Quantity of the scrapers and mode of dirve (right dirve or left drive ) .

3:Quantities of feeding chambers ,intermediate chambers , and crude ore chambers .

4:Other special requirements .

No electric control cabinet will be supplied .

The flashboard will be made according to the manufacturer's drawings . And the electric driven flashboard will be adopted for large-scale flotation machine .
