FX Hydrocyclone
Brief introduction of hydrocyclone
Hydro cyclone is a kind of equipment for classifying the ore pulp by use of centrifugal force. It has no motion and dynamic parts, but it requires matching with corresponding slurry pump. It is mainly used in ore dressing industry for classifying, sorting, thickening and desliming.
Hydro cyclone has the features like low equipment cost, easy mounting and dismantling, convenient maintenance, small floor space required, low capital expenditure, large processing capacity of unit volume, fine classifying grain size, high classifying efficiency, small quantity and short time of staying of the ore pulp in the cyclone, and easy operation of shutdown.
Used for classifying the ore pulp in the grinding loop, a combined unit is usually selected by connecting several units of cyclone in parallel. Its classifying fineness and processing capacity are greatly affected by the diameter of upper cylinder, pressure at the inlet of ore pulp, and the concentration of ore pulp. Therefore, it has a large fluctuation of process.
Polyurethane is also called polycarbamate (PU), it is formed by the interaction of organic isocyanate and polyatomic alcohol compound.

Recently years, the polyurethane hydrocyclone is widely used in petroleum exploitation, non-ferrous, black and non-metallic classification work and many other departments. It can take off the mud and water from the slurry material. It is one of the important equipments of taking off sand or mud device in the oil field, classification work and tailing damming, dealing with and recovery the coal slurry in the coal field.
