Product Description

POLYURETHANE COATING (L-TYPE)
TYPE	Two-pack, based on Saturated fatty acid resin and Polyisocyanate Hardener with special pigments.
USES	Top coat for steel structure for machine and wood product, office furniture.
CHARACTERISTICS	1. High gloss with excellent appearance. 2. Excellent hardness, adhesion and abrasion resistance.
APPLICATION METHOD	Airless Spray, Roller, Brush.
COLOR	Desired colors

SPECIFIC GRAVITY	Above 1 kg/L (Mixture)
VISCOSITY (25°C)	65 ~80 KU (Mixture)

NOTE	1. Mix base and hardener according to the mixing ratio and stir thoroughly. 2. Moisture, grease, rust, dirt and loose paints film on substrate must be removed, so are the corrosive salt particles. As a result, paint performance can be ensured. 3. Hardener must be tightly closed to avoid reaction with moisture in air toform bubbles and gelation. 4. Attention to the pot life. 5. Strictly controlling application, not to exceed 50 μ per coat,to avoid bubble formation. 6. All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use.
