LS-1400 Self Adhesive Label Laminating Machine
Applications:
- Used for coating self-adhesive onto the surface of label, Release paper, Silicone paper, Kraft paper ..., then laminate with nonwoven, foam, sponge, leather, PE, PU, EVA ...
- Widely used in label, advertising, decoration, shoe-making, package and other industries.
Key Features:
- Professionally designed gluing unit is applicable to solvent based glue, water-based glue;
- Energy-saving baking oven, with good heat-insulation performance, can minimize heat loss;
- Baking oven is equipped with smart temperature control system, to ensure a constant oven temperature, very small temperature difference. Automatically stops heating when the temperature reaches the preset level. User may adjust the baking oven temperature according to different materials to achieve best laminating effect;
- Running speed is controlled through frequency synchronization, synchronic speed adjusting, very easy and convenient to operate;
- Both unwinding and winding have magnetic constant tension control system;
- Automatic hydraulic centering unit ensures edge alignment in laminating;
- Equipped with pneumatic expanding shaft for easy operation;
- Edge cutting unit;
- Counting unit.
