Preface

Our proven fluidized bed granulator for granulation of solids using the top spray method for a uniform, reproducible quality. High process efficiency through extremely fast drying and gentle product handling. Suitable for batches of 3 to 1,000 kilograms per batch .Further batch sizes available upon request;

Principle :
The powder granule in vessel (fluid bed) appears in the state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and heated air. At the same time the solution of adhesive is sprayed into the container. It makes the particles become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in the granulating is evaporated. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.
Our processes for agglomeration and granulation have the purpose of shaping powder solids. The goal of these technologies is to make product handling easier and to enhance the properties of the starting material for dosage or further processing.
Depending on the starting substance, area of application and target parameters to be defined, various methods can be selected. In selecting the optimum process technology, production-specific aspects, such as processing time or use of resources should be considered in addition to the product properties.
