Series ZPG Disk Vacuum Filter
Introduction and Application:
Series ZPG Disk vacuum filter is a solid & liquid separation equipment for metals and non-metals.
The speed reducer and exposed gear can adjust the speed of the motor, which drives the disk filter and makes it rotate with some speed in the filled tank with full ore pulp.
Technical Features:
1. The filter plates are made of high-strength engineering plastics, with evenly distributed filter holes to prolong the service life;
2. With large filtration pipe areas and distribution chamber. Improve the pump capacity and effect greatly to discharge the filtration liquid.
3. With Nylon monofilament or multifilament filter cloth bag, so the filter will be working without block.
4. Easy to lubricate.
5. There is a self-cleaning device for filter cloth which can maintain a good dehydration effect.
6. With stepless speed-changing stirring device. The shaft ends are tightly sealed wih the help of rubber, graphite packing and the water pressure difference, which can guarantee no liquid leakage.
7. With stepless speed-changing active driving. Adjust the speed with the material's density and flow to reach the perfect working effects.
