Application:

It can be used in wet processing - 1.2 mm (- 200 mesh of 30 ~ 100%) red ore(hematite and limonite, siderite, etc.), manganese ore, ilmenite, chromite,tungsten ore and other kinds of weakly magnetic minerals,and metallic minerals, such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline ore, kaolin for removing impurity iron and purification.

 

Three Main Features of HUATE Vertical Ring:

1. Adopt the forced oil cooling technology and the evaporating cooling technology, which are unique in the world.

2. Adopt advanced patent technologies. The coils can serve more than 10 years. The magnetic field intensity is very strong, and its background magnetic intensity can be 1.0T, 1.1T, 1.4T and even 1.8T.

3. Novel structure, advanced principle, special armour device, environmental protection and water-saving. The annual water-saving amount for the 3.6m WHIMS is 100,000 m³

 

At present, the vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator manufactured by HUATE is air cooling WHIMS (global third generation, use fan air to cool the forced oil) and oil & water cooling WHIMS (global fourth generation, use water to cool the forced oil).

 

Forced Oil Cooling System

The cooling system adopts a wholly-sealed outer circulating structure. With air cooling condenser and intelligent control system, it has a constant temperature of the excitation coils and a small fluctuating magnetic field.

Adopt a large flow disc transformer oil pump with high circulating speed and strong heat exchange capability.

 

Oil & Water Compound Cooling System

Adopt a water-cooling condenser to get a lower temperature raise by some discharging water cooling the transformer oil through the heat exchanger. It's specially suitable for the high temperature area in the south. It avoids the magnetic field fluctuation from the changing coils' temperature, and can get a steady separation effect.

 

The coil

It is structured of wholly-sealed forced oil cooling outer circulation. With multi-layer structure, the disc coils are soaked in the transformer oil, which increases greatly the coils' heat exchanging area and generates relatively independent cooling oil passage in every coil layer. It can effectively control the cooling oil flows, realize the fast heat exchange between the coil and the transformer oil and ensure no more than 25℃ coils' temperature raise. With wholly-sealed structure, the coils can be dust-proof, moisture-proof, heat-resistant, and can work in harsh environment.
