Application:
It can be used for the port of coal transportation, large-scale thermal power plant, mine and building materials industries. It can work normally in the harsh environment such as dust, humidity, salt fog.
It has completely solved the problems in heat releasing, suction and acclimation from general iron separators.
Technology Characteristics:
1. Absorbing the advanced oil forced circulation technology for the large or medium transformer both at home and abroad, it features with low temperature rising (≤40°C), and the technology is reliable and safe.
2. Magnetic circuit is short, but with less magnetic leakage, high gradient and high iron-removing efficiency.
3. With Light weight, reasonable oil line, compact cooling structure and high heat-releasing efficiency.
4. The exciting coil is completely dipped into the transformer oil, so it is dustproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion.
5. The three-dimensional winding of the excitation coils enlarges the areas of heat releasing, then controls the low temperature rising (≤40°C) for a long service life.
6. Automatical iron-cleaning, easy maintenance, drum-shape, special designed and wholly-sealed structure to help the equipment run in various harsh environments.
Appearance Size and Major Technical Parameters:
Standard export package in wooden cases, standard container, flat rack container or pack according to the requirements of customers.
Arrange the delivery around 45 days after receipt of the advanced payment.
