Customers can send your technicians or the Third party inspection agency to our factory to check and accept machines before delivery.
5. Fast and security shipping company will be chose by our Delivery Department for customers (if we signed contract under CIF term). Even All risks Insurance will be covered during the whole transportation.
6. Upon receiving our machines, JORI will start to supply our promptly After-sales service for you. Any questions can be solved as soon as possible by our Customer Service Representative.
7. All our products will have ONE year guarantee and we will continue to offer advice and spare parts after this period. Standard spare parts and accessories with our machine will be supplied together in wooden case when shipment.
Within ONE year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or Express immediately FREE OF CHARGE.
After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, We are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
