DX1001 Smog Purification Equipment
DX1001 is the filtering system designed by our company especially for electronic soldering tin, tin-furnace immersion smog treatment, widely used for electronic appliances and chemical experiments. Machine body is light and handy, easily for movement and can be used upon simple installation.
Main features of smog absorber:
1.Integrated body design, structured with metal framework and processed with electrostatic spraying for premium cold-rolled steel sheet, is corrosion-resistant, environment-friendly and durable.
Original noise reduction structure design enables it to work more quietly and create a more tranquil and pleasant environment.
Unique modeling curve design of original “air inlet flange” better accords with fluid mechanics principle (A patent application has been filed).
Microcomputer intelligent control and digital display keep you informed of the use condition all the time.
Really effective intelligent “filter element blockage alarm” function gives an acousto-optic alarm immediately upon filter element blockage.
Available for remote operation; stepless speed regulation for you to regulate air volume and suction force arbitrarily without the necessity of bending over and lowering your head.
Small, easy to use and install; standard castor for convenient and flexible movement.
2.Four-stage purification design: filtering step by step enables harmful smoke to be better purified. Even for objects at least 8 times smaller than PM2.5, the purification rate can reach up to 99.97%.
Active carbon filter element with catalyst can absorb multiple substances that exist in the air to be purified and are with foreign odor, toxic and harmful.
Modular design for protection layer by layer: Independent replacement of primary, medium and high-efficiency filter elements enables longer service life of filter element and lower use cost.
Energy conservation and environmental protection: Built-in circular initiative filtering method can prevent indoor cold air/warm air from flowing outside without destroying temperature and humidity environment in the operation section.
3.This product has the 1.4m universal smoke suction arm, which can be positioned and oriented arbitrarily (its length may be regulated according to customer requirements, without the support of external force). (A patent application has been filed.)
Original square-shaped smoke hood, uniquely structured in accordance with aerodynamics principle, has larger smoke suction area and better efficiency. (A patent application has been filed.)

4.Adopt DC brushless motor that has stable performance and long service life. Low noise, high efficiency, low energy consumption, zero maintenance and zero consumable.
The wind wheel, designed in vortex backward type, adopts special alloy material that could effectively prevent itself from being corroded. Unique dynamic balance correction technology enables it to operate more stably and reliably, with higher wind suction volume. (A patent application has been filed.)
