Why use air tank: Water - generally more than 65%, the relative humidity in the atmosphere after condensing, namely become wet saturated air, and with a lot of liquid droplets, they are the root cause of equipment, pipes and valves corrosion, freezing in winter will also block the pore channels in the pneumatic system. It is worth noting that: even the pure saturated air separation in the net, with lower temperature, there will still be condensed water analysis file, about every 10 ℃, the saturated water content will decline 50%, that is half of the water vapor into liquid water drops (see table 1). So in the compressed air system used multistage separation filter unit or compressed air pretreatment into certain relative humidity in the dry gas is necessary;
