Double-stage Screw Compressor
The single unit realizes double-stage compression. It is featured by compact structure, rational layout, nice appearance and simple configuration of refrigeration system.
Adopting high-efficient oil separator with 3-stage oil separation system and high performance oil filter. The separation efficiency can reach 10ppm to ensure low oil consumption.
Adopting steel valves in the system. It guarantees the operability and security of the equipment much better. Adding constant pressure valve on the oil way to make oil feeding pressure more stable and improve whole unit's performance.
Rational center of gravity in whole unit and anchor screw position, to reduce the vibration and noise greatly.
Small flow oil pump design, differential pressure oil feeding, to reduce energy consumption. Only when starting, to feed oil to bearing, shaft seal and when the compressor load increasing and decreasing. When the unit is in normal operation, oil pump stops working.
High-precise cores of suction filter and oil filter, to ensure the compressor working normally.
The oil cooler works in two ways, thermal siphon cooling and water cooling.
